MEET JANET

The Robing Room was founded in July 2013 by Janet Robinson, starting in a small studio in Northbourne, Kent, the business expanded and our studio is located in the Creative Quarter of Folkestone Kent.

As well as offering a beautiful collection of bespoke wedding and formal dresses, we are happy to work with a client to design and create a garment tailored to their individual requirements. The Robing Room takes pride in sourcing quality fabrics from established fabric suppliers based in the UK. Our qualified staff will also undertake bespoke alterations for garments requiring fitting adjustments and recreation.

The small team of professionals that run The Robing Room is dedicated to customer satisfaction and in June 2014, we were awarded membership to the Guild of Master Craftsmen and were a finalist in The Kent Wedding Awards 2017/18.
